This full two-story home was built for the Germanoski’s in the town of Fremont, NC. They had light, white Everlast siding on the exterior. Everlast siding has the look of Hardie siding, but is a synthetic material that requires less upkeep than the traditional Hardie. A great alternative!

In order to contrast the white siding and add texture to the exterior front, black shutters and a deep mahogany front door were added, along with brick pavers for the front door and porch area.

The kitchen was probably the most important space to the Germanowskis. They created a dream kitchen with high-quality appliances including a 6-burner stovetop with a griddle, accented by white granite countertops, and deep brown wood island cabinets.

The Germanowski’s home also included a butler’s pantry for additional storage and entertaining.

Some of the finer details through the home include wainscoting on sidewalls, wrought iron railings for the front and back porch, titled bathroom floor and accent wall, and a bonus room with a built-in wood bar.

We also built a detached garage in the same exterior style of the home to allow them more storage for living and housing.
